With an active passion for helping people and creating visual stories, I am dedicated to uplifting and elevating the narratives of those around me. At 17, I began writing and filming stories. My passion for storytelling ignited when I received my first camera. I applied these skills to my four-year undergraduate degree in Journalism and Media Communications at Colorado State University.

Why? Because I strongly believe in the power of visual storytelling, entertainment arts, and social media to change the world. Being intentionally inclusive in all facets of storytelling has the ability to create awareness, foster empathy, and develop connections among those from a variety of different backgrounds. As I move from the classroom to my career, I am committed to championing the voices of underrepresented communities in all forms of digital storytelling.
